The platform may not be exploited to:
(a) reverse-engineer, probe, benchmark or analyse the platform's internal logic for competitive purposes; (b) train, fine-tune or evaluate any competing product or service; (c) extract, reproduce or republish the platform's outputs in any form that would enable a third party to replicate the platform's functionality; (d) operate the platform as a service for third parties without the Vendor's prior written consent.
4. Professional responsibilities
The platform is a tool. The Licensee and each named practitioner retain full professional responsibility for any finding, opinion, submission or advice produced using it. The platform does not constitute legal advice, expert opinion, or professional certification of any finding.
Certified practitioners are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with the professional rules and ethical obligations applicable to their licence (SRA, Bar, RICS, or equivalent).

The Vendor reserves the right to suspend or terminate access immediately and without notice in the event of a material violation of this Policy. Termination for violation does not entitle the Licensee to any refund.
